Requirements :

Job Description :
- Have a knowledge of basic accounting

Data Analyst
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Computer Science, IT, Statistics / Mathematics, System Information or equivalent with GPA minimal 3.00

Finance Staff
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or management with minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Maximal 25 years old
- Advance in Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word) for presentation
- Has knowledge cash management (including forecasting & reporting), internal and external auditors
- Familiar work in SAP ERP environment

Main Responsibilities :
- Experience in cash management including : overseeing collections from customers including company expenses, inter bank transfers and deposits within daily, weekly and monthly payment schedule
- Conducting in closing accounting cycles including bank reconciliations and reporting packages to corporate
- Coordinating with all finance staff in each branch unit regarding fund transfer for working capital and production expenses on weekly and monthly basis
- Responsible to liaise with Bank personel in terms of Bank receiving and disbursements of the day, including daily cash report for the managers
- Close coordination with AP supervisors and personal regarding the CDV preparation following the due date of payments
HRGA MANAGER
Job Description :
- Responsible for talent management including developing staffs’ capacity to achieve highest levels of performance.
- Support Organization’s Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations.
- Supervise General Affairs team in maintaining company asset and ensure the organization permit are in place.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree with GPA 3.00
- Preferably 3 years experience as Supervisor / Manager in HR.
- Strong communication skill.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Deep understanding of labor regulation.
Internal Audit
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Assisting User in performing daily task both routines and special task.
- Provide personal administrative support to the User through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling any informations from related Departments.
- Performing as Personal Assistant tasks, distributing information, mails, and e-mails.
- Updating & controlling daily taks, filling activities and other administative communications for the User.
- Prepare and setup meeting material and report in Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
